- The same documentationOne registered survey covers the whole 50.024 acre estate, and the Certificate of Occupancy is processing for the estate as a whole.
- The same payment structureA 30% reservation deposit and a balance payable over a maximum of six months, being 180 days, in every collection.
- The same infrastructureThe planned road hierarchy, drainage, utilities, lighting and security are planned to serve every street in the estate.
