Is the land genuinely Avillah's to sell?

Avillah Homes holds a Registered Survey over the 50.024-acre site, and the Certificate of Occupancy is processing. The official Plot Allocation and Identification Plan, drawing AH-MP-101, is issued for sales and reservation and is what the interactive plan on this site is built from.

What exactly am I buying?

A serviced residential plot within a master-planned estate, identified by its own reference code. The architectural images on this website are illustrative visualisations of development potential. They are not completed buildings or part of the sale.

How much do I pay to reserve?

A minimum reservation deposit of 30% of the plot price. The balance is paid over a maximum of six months, 180 days, under the Founders' Flexible Plan. Outright payment is also available.

What happens if I cannot complete payment within six months?

Failure to complete payment within the approved period may result in cancellation of the reservation or a review of the purchase terms in accordance with Avillah Homes policies. Speak to the sales team early if your circumstances change.

Are there other costs beyond the plot price?

In line with standard real estate practice, statutory, legal and estate-related charges may apply. A comprehensive Schedule of Ownership Costs is provided and agreed in writing before the Contract of Sale is executed, so nothing is concluded without your knowledge.

Where do I pay?

Only into the Avillah Homes Limited Project Account at Zenith Bank Plc, or through the payment options on this website. Never into a personal account. Authorized Sales Partners are prohibited from collecting payments.

Can I build immediately?

Yes. You can build immediately or later, and you may build with Avillah Homes through the Build-on-Demand programme or with your own preferred contractor, within the estate's planning and architectural guidelines.

Will the Founders' price change?

Founders' Collection pricing is protected against future price increases for those who reserve during the Founders' Phase. Prices in this release apply only to the current Founders' Collection and may be reviewed for subsequent phases.

Can I choose a specific plot?

Yes. Every plot has a reference code and is shown on the interactive plan with its live availability. You reserve the exact plot you choose, and can name an alternative in case it is taken before your deposit clears.

I am outside Nigeria. Can I buy?

Yes. Reserve online, pay into the verified corporate account, and arrange a proxy inspection or a virtual walkthrough with the sales team.
