This website is published by Avillah Homes Limited to describe the estate and its plots. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a contract, or legal or investment advice. Prices and availability can change. What governs a purchase is the signed reservation documentation, not a web page.

2. The site is information, not an offer
The content of this website is provided for general information about the Avillah Homes estate. It does not constitute an offer, an invitation to treat capable of acceptance, or a contract. A reservation is governed by the Residential Plot Reservation Application and the Reservation Terms and Conditions, and becomes effective only upon confirmation of the applicable payment by Avillah Homes.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices shown apply to the current Founders' Collection release and may be reviewed without prior notice following subsequent development phases or market conditions. Plot availability shown on the interactive master plan reflects our records at the time of viewing and may change between your viewing and your reservation. Plot allocation remains subject to availability and confirmation by Avillah Homes.
4. Images and visualisations
Architectural images on this website are illustrative visualisations of development potential, not completed buildings or guaranteed designs, and are not part of the current sale offering. Full detail is on the visualisation disclaimer page.
5. Documentation statements
Statements about the registered survey and the status of the Certificate of Occupancy are published as accurately as we are able. The Certificate of Occupancy is processing and has not issued. See title and documentation. Purchasers are encouraged to engage their own solicitor to review all documentation before concluding a transaction.
6. No professional advice
Nothing on this website is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Any general explanation of Nigerian land documentation is provided for context only. You should take your own independent advice before committing funds.
7. Payments
Payments are received only into the Avillah Homes Limited Project Account at Zenith Bank Plc, or through the payment options provided on this website. Avillah Homes accepts no responsibility for funds transferred to any other account, including accounts provided by third parties claiming to represent the company. Verify details on the verified payment channels page before transferring.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, visualisations, the master plan drawing AH-MP-101, the Avillah Homes name, logo and brand elements, belongs to Avillah Homes Limited or its licensors. The plot allocation drawing is the property of Avillah Homes and is provided solely for planning, marketing, reservation, allocation and estate administration purposes. Unauthorised reproduction or modification is prohibited.
Authorized Sales Partners must use official marketing materials and approved pricing only.
9. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
- Do not scrape, republish or resell content from this site without written permission.
- Do not impersonate Avillah Homes or an Authorized Sales Partner.
