Not only on your deposit. On every instalment, for the whole six months.
- Check the account name, not just the numberThe beneficiary name must read Avillah Homes Limited Project Account. Your banking app shows the name before you confirm a transfer. If it shows an individual's name, or any other company, stop there.

Know the boundaries
What Avillah Homes will never do.
These are commitments taken from the Authorized Sales Partner agreement and the reservation documents. If any of them is breached, you are not dealing with Avillah.
- Never ask you to pay into a personal accountAuthorized Sales Partners are expressly prohibited from collecting payments into personal accounts. Any such request is illegitimate, whoever makes it.
- Never quote a price that is not the approved pricePartners are required to use only approved pricing. Current Founders' Collection pricing is published on this website and on the Collections pages.
- Never promise a plot that is not availablePartners are prohibited from promising unavailable plots. Live availability for all 217 homesites is published on the interactive master plan.
- Never conclude costs you have not seen in writingAll applicable ownership costs are communicated in writing and agreed before the transaction is concluded.
- Never treat an application as an allocationSubmission of a reservation portfolio does not constitute automatic allocation of land, and no one should tell you otherwise.
Red flags
Stop, and call, if you see any of these.
- An account in an individual's name, or any name other than Avillah Homes Limited Project Account.
- Pressure to transfer today because "the plot will be gone by evening". Availability is published live; check it yourself.
- A discount that is not on the published Founders' pricing, offered privately.
- A phone number, account or document sent from an address or profile you cannot trace to Avillah Homes.
- A request for payment in cash, in cryptocurrency, or through a third party's account.
- Reluctance to let your solicitor review the documents first.
- A claim that the Certificate of Occupancy has already issued. It is processing.
If any of this happens, do not transfer. Call a published sales line from this website and describe exactly what you were told and by whom.

Save the confirmation for the deposit and for each of the six instalments. Digital copies are fine.
Confirm it was recorded
Message the sales team after each transfer and ask them to confirm it has been recorded against your plot.

What buyers ask about paying safely.
Can I pay an agent directly?
No. Authorized Sales Partners are expressly prohibited from collecting payments into personal accounts. Payments are received only into the Avillah Homes Limited Project Account at Zenith Bank Plc. A partner may introduce you, guide you and be credited for the referral, but the money goes to the company.
What if someone sends me a different account number?
Do not transfer. Compare it with the details published on this page, then call a published sales line from this website, not a number supplied by whoever sent the details, and report exactly what you received.
Is paying online through this website safe?
Online payments are processed through the website's payment options and are recorded against your reservation. Whichever route you use, the funds are received by Avillah Homes Limited, not by an individual.
I am abroad. Where do I pay?
The same corporate account. Contact the sales team on WhatsApp and they will walk you through the transfer and confirm receipt against your reservation number.
How do I know a sales partner is genuine?
Approved partners hold an official Partner ID in the AH-ASP format, recorded on your reservation application. Ask for it, then confirm it with the sales team. Registration alone does not make someone approved; only approved applicants become Authorized Sales Partners.
Should these details ever change?
This page is the authoritative published record. If Avillah ever changes its payment channel, it will be changed here first. Always check this page immediately before transferring, and confirm by phone.
